one worker is responsible for packing all accessories and tool box for each laser machine. 

water chiller, fan and air pump with the tool box. 

Another two workers clean each machine and brush anti-rust oil on the guide rails and ball screw. 

One special woker packed the CO2 laser tube with foam cotton. Co2 laser tube is made from glass and easy to be fragile. 

So this package for laser tube is very important. 

first :  packed with foam cotton .  

then : fixing it in one paper box 

last :  put the box into the machine and make it strong 

All machine parts and accessories are ready and these two workers start to pack the machine.  

first wrapping film around the machine and second cover with a cushion of air cushion. 

then the outermost layer is marked with a standard export wooden box.

last use a strap to make it stronger

At the same time,  there is one worker taking photos for each detail. 

Even though the weather is very hot,  each worker do their work carefully.  then our clients can receive one clean and nice machine .
