Metal Laser Cutter is Ordered by Clients from Algeria

Algeria clients came to GoodCut CNC Machinery Co.,Ltd. For GC-1530 fiber laser cutting machine.

Clients were talking with the engineer about all his requirements on the metal laser cutter.

Metal: steel . dimensions ,  maximum thickness, cutting speed and accuracy.

His room space and voltage. Protective cover  about the machine.

We clear all clients’ requirements and recommend them with suitable fiber metal laser cutting machine.

Next day we took clients to our factory and test the materials with our sample machines.

The clients are very satisfied with the cutting performance and cutting speed.

At last the clients ask some questions about the energy consumption.

Compressed air requirement (air cutting):

1 Gas supply capacity: 1L/min

2 Gas supply pressure: 0.8～2.0Mpa

3 Exposure point temperature is not higher than 5℃

4 The oil content is ≤0.01ppm   Solid particles  ≤0.02μm

Cutting gas requirements

Gas purity can refer to the following requirements; customers can choose the purity of the gas according to the cutting effect.

Nitrogen: 99.7%( Common nitrogen or liquid nitrogen)

Common oxygen: 99.5%   Pure oxygen: 99.5%

The clients decided to order the first fiber laser cutting machine from us on 3rd September after comparing with other 3 factories at last.
